If you're not 100% happy with your item(s), you can return it to us within 14 days (charges may apply).
Your purchase must be complete, unused and returned in the same saleable condition as when you received it. The item(s) must also be returned with any accessories included.
When we receive the returned item(s) we will inspect everything if all is ok we will issue your refund within 72 hours of receiving your returned item(s).
Simply click on 'contact us' page and fill in the form please enter your details and our friendly team will be happy to issue a Returns Authorisation Number, or help with any questions you might have.
Returns Authorisation?
In all instances before returning a product you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.
Send us details of the item(s) you would like to return using the 'contact us' form.
Your request will then be verified. Item(s) which have been fitted or were purchased more than 14 days ago cannot be returned.
Once verified a Returns Authorisation Number will be emailed to you with our return address.
All item(s) should be returned with your Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of the box (not the packaging that the part is in). All item(s) must be returned within 14 days from receipt of your Returns Authorisation Number.
Please ensure that you retain proof of postage just in case your item(s) goes missing when posting back to us.
Please carefully pack your return item(s) so they do not get damaged in transit and include your name and address inside the box also write your senders address on the back of box.
Buyer pays for all postage delivery costs when sending back a return .
When you have posted your return please email us your tracking number.
